Age Limit Minimum age is 25 years old with a clean driving record. Imagine Lifestyles reserves the right to refuse car rental to those with major moving violations, DUI convictions, and any other major infractions.

Additional Drivers Minimum age of 25 years old with a clean driving record. Additional drivers must provide Imagine Lifestyles with a copy of their license and inform Imagine Lifestyles that they will also be driving the luxury rental car.

Cancellation Policy No refunds if the vehicle is returned or used for fewer hours or days than agreed upon. At the time of reservation, Imagine Lifestyles will charge a non-refundable down payment of $250 toward the total rental amount on your credit card. If you cancel 7 days or less before your rental, you will be charged for 100% of the rental. Some exclusions may apply to refunds and cancellations, based on the sole discretion of Imagine Lifestyles, including holidays, special orders, long-term rentals, special events, force majeure, and other extenuating circumstances.

Chauffeur Services All chauffeured services require a deposit for excess hours or damages.

Delivery / Pick Up You may pick up the vehicle at our office for no additional charge or arrange for professional delivery to any desired location for an additional cost. Professional delivery includes delivery at the specified location and time, along with scheduled pick-up at the end of the rental. Please note a 3-hour time frame is required for delivery, subject to additional fee.

Rates Listed rates do not include 20% gratuity, 10% fuel charges, and tolls.

Security Deposit All renters must provide Imagine Lifestyles with a credit card authorization for a security deposit, ranging from $2500 to $10,000. Damage costs are billed against the security deposit. Additional amounts may be held to cover costs incurred for reasons such as unreplaced fuel, additional miles used, smoking in the vehicle, storage, tolls, loss of use, police/impound recovery, extra days, repair costs, tickets, transportation, and urgent transportation dispatch.

Damage-Repair / Loss of Use Policy Customers are responsible for repair costs and loss of use charges for any damage occurring during the rental period.

Fuel Surcharge All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of gas provided at the time of rental. Imagine Lifestyles provides vehicles with 3/4 tank of gas or more, filled with 93+ octane gasoline.

Insurance The driver is responsible for any damages or liabilities during the rental period. Additional insurance is available upon request.

International Luxury Car Renters International drivers must provide a valid passport and driver’s license from their country.

Mileage Luxury cars include 100 complimentary miles per day, with additional mileage charged at rates ranging from $2.25 to $5.95 per mile. Exotic cars include 75 complimentary miles per day, with additional mileage charged at rates ranging from $2.95 to $6.95 per mile.

Payment Methods We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Paypal. Cashier’s checks, cash, wire transfers are accepted with a credit card on file for deposits and security.

Refunds No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided. Please inform us of any issues during your rental period for appropriate arrangements.

Driving Area Restrictions Rental vehicles may not be driven outside the states they are rented in without prior written approval.

Prohibited Uses Unauthorized persons cannot operate the vehicle. Smoking, drinking and driving, excess speeding, racing, driving on race tracks or unpaved roads, and towing are prohibited.

Production Use Customers using vehicles for non-recreational purposes must disclose and provide necessary production insurance.

Remote Disabling Imagine Lifestyles reserves the right to remotely disable and retrieve rented vehicles for any violation of rental agreement stipulations.

Tax Local taxes apply to all rental charges.

Tickets Renter is responsible for any incurred tickets or violations during the rental period.

Mansion and Condo Rentals Deposit for Mansion and Condo Rentals must be in the form of a Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check. Mansion and Condo Rentals are not available in the Tri-State Area at this time.
