Rate
We require full payment at the time of reservation. If you prefer not to pay by card, you can request cash payment via phone or email. Delivery or return to base charges may apply, depending on the pick-up or drop-off location.
Reservation Changes Policy
Customers may submit requests to make changes to their reservation, but changes are not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes, which must be paid by the customer before any changes are made to the current reservation, if approved. Please note that extra time is subject to availability of the vehicle and chauffeur beyond the scheduled job. Prices for any extra time are higher than the rates provided during reservation. We recommend planning ahead to avoid additional expenses or availability issues.
Lost Found
If any items are found in our vehicles, they will be securely stored for a period of 5 days. Customers have 5 days to contact us with all relevant details and proof of ownership for any items they wish to report as lost. Neither we nor our chauffeurs are responsible for any lost or forgotten items. Customers are solely responsible for their belongings and are advised to keep them secure at all times during and after our service. While we will make every effort to assist in locating lost items in our vehicles, we cannot accept liability for them.
Zero-tolerance policy: Alcohol, Smoking, and Drugs
All customers must adhere to state and federal laws regarding alcohol consumption in the limousine. Consumption of alcohol is only permitted if allowed by the state. All customers must be over 21 years old, and minors under 21 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians; otherwise, alcohol consumption is illegal. If any minor under 21 is found with drugs or alcohol, the service will be immediately terminated. Illegal drugs and smoking are strictly prohibited; we enforce a zero-tolerance policy. While our chauffeurs will endeavor to ensure compliance with these rules, neither they nor we are responsible if a minor brings illegal drugs or alcohol. Chauffeurs may refuse further service if a customer is excessively intoxicated, with no refund provided. We and our chauffeurs are not liable for any injuries resulting from excessive drinking or drug use during or after our service. Service will be terminated immediately for any customer violating these rules.
Zero-tolerance policy: Bad Behavior
Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse and cancel service without refunds if customers mistreat them. It's important to remember that while you're enjoying your drinks, our chauffeurs are prioritizing your safety and adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Therefore, please treat our chauffeurs with respect and refrain from being rude.
Other Fee
A cleaning fee of $350 will be applied and the customer held liable if food, drinks, or vomit are spilled inside the vehicle. Additionally, if the vehicle is left in a messy condition by customers and requires cleaning, a fee ranging from $150 to $250 will be charged, depending on the condition. Customers are responsible for paying the full amount for any items broken or damaged by them or their guests.
Wait Rules and Fee
If customers fail to show up within 15 minutes, their ride will be canceled with no refunds provided for the no-show. Delays beyond 30 minutes from the scheduled time, due to flight delays or other reasons, will be charged as extra time and may result in cancellation with no refunds if the vehicle is reserved for the next appointment. Payment must be made before the reservation or extension of service, and any decisions made during payment or service will be the responsibility of the customer. Charges will commence from the selected start time of the reservation. Please be aware that the vehicle may have another reservation and must be punctual. Payment Collection
If the customer fails to pay any outstanding balance within the specified timeframe, a late fee will be applied. We reserve the right to engage a Collection Company or pursue legal action to recover the unpaid balance. In addition to the pending amount and late fee, the customer will be responsible for covering any expenses incurred during the collection process.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations and sales are final and there are no refunds on cancellation.
